- Login to your Facebook account
- Go to Account>Privacy Settings>Apps & Websites>Instant Personalization>edit settings & uncheck "Enable".
Note: If your friends don't do this, they might be sharing info about you as well.

Facebook's new privacy policy
As of today, the New Facebook Privacy setting called "Instant Personalization" comes into effect.The new setting enables non-Facebook websites such as Bing,TripAdvisor,Clicker,Rotten Tomatoes,Docs,Pandora,Yelp and Scribd to access the information and content that you've made available to everyone in Facebook.It is automatically set to "Enabled". To change the setting follow these instructions
