Google Chrome Tip:Alt-Enter

This tip is pretty useful for users who tend to open a lot of tabs in their web browser window.

To open a new site in a new tab, you can either open a new tab and enter the URL.

Or you can just type the URL in the Omnibox on the current tab and press alt-enter.

You can also press ctrl+T from any tab to open a new tab with cursor blinking in the omni box.

Doing that would automatically open that link in a new tab in the same window.

Recovering deleted images from a memory card/Camera

An IP(Internet Protocol)address is a numerical assigned label to each device that connects to the computer network for communication.Its functions are to serve as host or network interface identification and location addressing.It is a 32-bit number known as IPv4 ,but they are shown in human readable forms such as 70.37.66.193.If you note sometimes your Firewall/Internet security shows you the message "Portscan attempt blocked" and shows a particular IP address.This shows that your your port is accessed by someone else with that IP address.Let me show you the way to find the IP address location and its relevant information.You can find the IP address of a particular domain name and its information in the following site.

Facebook's new privacy policy

As of today, the New Facebook Privacy setting called "Instant Personalization" comes into effect.The new setting enables non-Facebook websites such as Bing,TripAdvisor,Clicker,Rotten Tomatoes,Docs,Pandora,Yelp and Scribd to access the information and content that you've made available to everyone in Facebook.It is automatically set to "Enabled". To change the setting follow these instructions

• Login to your Facebook account
• Go to Account>Privacy Settings>Apps & Websites>Instant Personalization>edit settings & uncheck "Enable".

Note: If your friends don't do this, they might be sharing info about you as well.

How to make your free logo

Hi friends,this is a simple and effective trick to create your own logo for free.Lets begin with the task.To create your logo you need a google chrome web browser which you can download here for free.Install it and get the webpage screenshot extension from here for free.Then follow these steps one by one to get your logo for free.

• Open a new tab in google chrome and enter this address "Freelogomaker.com" in the address bar.
• Enter the site and select the "Get your logo for free" option which is appearing below.
• Then a new page will appear,then here select the "Professional logos made with our FREE logo design tool" option which appears in the top of the page and wait till the page loads.
• Select the category in which you want to design your logo,then the site will guide you to design your logo.
• After finishing your logo design then save it by registering to the site for free.
• After registering you will be directed to the my logos page there click on your logo to get the image preview.
• Then click the webpage screenshot which is appearing at the top right corner of the screen and select the "visible screenshot" option.
• A new tab will be opened there using the crop tool which will appear on the top you have to select the area of your logo.
• Then select the save option in the page's top give the file name for your logo image and it will be saved in "PNG" format.

Note:In this method you can get the logo in image file only.In case you need your logo in a proper way you have to pay some amount for the logo.
